Order guide

1. Customers can place orders on request on hncmua.com according to the following 4 steps:

Step 1: Send a link /image of the product you want to buy to receive a quote or select the product directly on the website hncmua.com

Customers log in or sign up (if they don't already have an account) and create an order

The customer logs in or creates an account on the hncmua.com in the Login/Registration section

 

Next, customers paste product links/upload product images to buy at the search box

Customers submit product links to be purchased in the "Search" box

 

Or click "Send a link/image to receive a quote"

 

The system will switch to the Form Receive quotes, and customers continue to fill in the necessary information about the product to buy such as Description, size, Quantity,...

Step 2: Hncmua.com process the order

Hncmua.com access product photos to check order information and send quotes to customers

Customers pay for goods and online purchase fees or transfer directly through the account of Hncmua.com

Step 3: Make a purchase

After the successful creation of the order has been paid, HNCMUA will make an on-demand purchase Notifying the customer of the status of the household purchase order

Step 4: Pay freight and pick-up fees

Once the goods have arrived in Vietnam, customers pay the fee and receive the goods

 

2. Customers choose to buy products right on the HNCbuy website:

Step 1: Go to website https://hncmua.com/, select HOT DEALS / HNCMUA ORDER / HNCMUA SHOP / HNCMUA EXPORT, and choose your favorite product, add it to the cart.

 

Step 2: After adding products to the cart, click “Pay”. In case, you want to edit the quantity, click “Edit”.

 

Step 3: After selecting the product on the website https://hncmua.com/, you will add the address where you want to receive the goods. Click to add an address so the order will reach you.

Step 4: Please fill in all information completely and accurately, especially providing CCCD to ensure your rights when purchasing at HNCmua.

 

When you have finished filling in the information, check it again to ensure accuracy.

The order will be updated via the email you entered.

Step 5: Customers pay for goods and purchase fees online or transfer money directly to Hncmua.com's account.

Step 6: After creating an order that has been successfully paid, Hncmua will proceed with the purchase as requested and notify the customer of the status of the purchase order.

Step 7: Customers pay attention to the expected delivery time and pay attention to the delivery phone number.
