- Túi cói sử dụng nguyên liệu mây tự nhiên, không độc hại. Các nghệ nhân Việt Nam đã tạo nên những chiếc túi thời trang bằng phương pháp thủ công, sau đó túi được phơi khô dưới ánh nắng mặt trời. Bởi vì túi cói được làm bằng phương pháp thủ công nên màu sắc và kích thước của mỗi túi có thể có sự khác biệt đôi chút tạo nên nét độc đáo riêng cho từng sản phẩm.
- Túi bao gồm túi nhỏ bên trong đựng chìa khóa và thẻ.

Hanoi	Districts Cau Giay, Hoan Kiem, Thanh Xuan, Ba Dinh, Tay Ho, Hai Ba Trung, Dong Da, Hoang Mai, Long Bien, Ha Dong, Nam Tu Liem and Bac Tu Liem.
Ho Chi Minh	Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, Tan Binh, Tan Phu, Phu Nhuan, Binh Thanh, Go Vap, Thu Duc, Binh Tan.

2. Delivery time

For the area of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, HNCMUA will deliver the goods to the address you registered after 24 hours from the time the customer pays 100% of the total amount.

For the delivery address in the provinces, HNCMUA will deliver the goods within 1-2 days after your payment.

Customers note:

To ensure the fastest and most convenient transportation of goods, customers should register a fixed receiving location, limiting the change of address.

In case of changing the delivery address, the customer needs to notify at least 01 day in advance for the delivery department to deliver on the schedule and committed time.

Particularly for HNCMUA's out-of-hours delivery requests, customers may have to pay additional shipping costs.
